Very high-end Teochew cuisine. The roast suckling pig has to be reserved and is very well roasted. It happened to be a treat from a local colleague, and we requested a down-to-earth restaurant. The giant grouper was also very good, but the price was a bit expensive.

The Italian food in Singapore is quite authentic. The chesse is very good. I ordered a few cheese dishes, which were delicious and filling. The cheese and parma tasted very good.

Very nice teochew dishes served here. may be a bit pricey but the quality of food is great.

Huat Kee is an old brand name in Teochew food and has relocated from its Amoy Street location. Now at the RELC building, its good to make advance reservations if you are craving for some of the restaurant&#39;s signature dishes which takes a longer time for preparation such as; the braised sea cucumber, braised duck webbed, roast suckling pig, and also the chilled pork trotters. I enjoyed the Teochew porridge which came piping hot and its best to consume the braised dishes before attempting the porridge. The sweet &quot; oh nee&quot;, which is typical of a Teochew restaurant dessert is a must try. At the new restaurant, there are many tables inside and outside. Service was good and the waitresses are well trained. They took time to serve and food was brought in at a well-paced manner.

If you are looking for an authentic Teochew cuisine, Huat Kee is the place. From their suckling pig, cold crabs to liver rolls, they are well executed. A surprising dish was their orh nee with glutinous rice which turn out to be a star! Very attentive service. Highly recommended!
